Tim Ong returned yesterday from 6 weeks of training with the National Guard/Reserves. This left Mark Mahnke alone to handle the calls and do things like manage the builder assist shop (eg. be there all day on Mondays's). Mark was also involved heavily with the Legacy FG project and OSH is coming up. As you know, Karsten is no longer with the firm and all of this would indicate that they need to beef up the support for the builders.
