Yes .. this has been a complaint of mine in the last couple months. They
seem to be busy with the builder assist program and don't have time to talk
to you. If they aren't busy in the BA function ... they'll talk. I think
they have priorities that we as distant builders are not part of.
This happens to many businesses when the customers' focus is lost in persuit
of the close at hand dollar.
