I got the same answer, but asked a couple more times and finally got someone in the avionics shop there to send me a .dxf file. They don't want to share the files with anyone because they want you to have them do your panel. We had trouble getting the aluminum panels sent to us for our ES. We finally told them that it was shown in the brochure as part of the kit and we ought to get a set without paying for them. They sent the two big ones and the two switch panels. One of the switch panels had already been cut out for switches. I managed to get a drawing in a .pdf file into a CAD file awhile back. Can't remember exactly how I did it, but will try to reconstruct and let you know. I believe it was by importing into CoerlDraw and back out again using their .dxf export.
