There is some corollary that I learned when I was taking geometry
(I think my instructor was Pathagorus, at the time) that said "lines that are
parallel to each other and rotate around parallel axis will remain parallel
to each other". So it doesn't mater what the angle is between the
hinge line and the end of flap/aileron as long as they are parallel to
each other and the hinge lines are parallel.  It is easier to make the ends
of the flap/hinges parallel to the centerline of the plane.

I also doubt that variation in the flap aileron size (as long as they are the
same on each side) would make much difference since you can't tell
what size is supposed to be from the builders manual.  To make my hinge
lines parallel I made my ailerons slightly larger.  For you guys that are
at this stage don't forget that the wingtip rib is at some odd angle and
not perpendicular to the main spar, but the ends of the ailerons should be
parallel. Just fill in the wingtip with foam and cover it with one bid to
make it parallel to the end of the aileron.

The aft spar  is not given any position in the manual=don't forget to leave
room for the counterbalances.
