Config:
PARK (Parking brake on)
Engine:
STARTER (Starter relay engaged)
COWL (Engine compartment temperature too high - fire?, exhaust leak?)
BOOST (Boost pump on, forgot to turn off after climb out)
I don't think you need master lights such as Config or engine since, in cruise, all light should be out. Perhaps it would be better to organize information lights so that their pattern is recognizable for that regime of flight - gear, flaps, speed brakes, boost, park all identify normal conditions while the rest identify something requiring an action list.
