Those of you who are
using teflon spaghetti tubing in the hinges of your control surfaces, what size
tubing are you using, and what size hinge pin? Any reason not to use the
spaghetti tubing in the flap hinges?
Also, how do you
know when your flap hinges are worn beyond tolerance? My inboard
hinges seem awfully sloppy. My airframe has about 480 hrs. on
it.
