Angier,

Although I have a IVP, vs a 360, I measured the area to bond and compared it
with manual recommendations for the flaps, because my manual hints at
approximate amounts needed for those surfaces.  I then interpolated an
amount based upon the area to bond in the two cases.

What I failed to consider is that in the case of the flaps, there is a
release that insures a tight fit with minimal gaps at all joints.  With the
windows, there are areas where the glue line will have significant dimension
and volume.  If I were doing it again, I'd add 25% or so to fill the gaps.
Perhaps without pressurization, the appearance of voids in the joint won't
be as critical, but I'd think you want to be sure to get good squeezeout
anyway.
