I then interpolated an amount based upon the area to bond in the two cases. What I failed to consider is that in the case of the flaps, there is a release that insures a tight fit with minimal gaps at all joints. With the windows, there are areas where the glue line will have significant dimension and volume. If I were doing it again, I'd add 25% or so to fill the gaps. Perhaps without pressurization, the appearance of voids in the joint won't be as critical, but I'd think you want to be sure to get good squeezeout anyway. John Barrett
