I e-mailed the writer. It isn't an FAA document! It is his personal document that is part of a book he is writing; His intellectual property. I can send his full return message but that was the jest of it. If you write him, he will send you a copy. Dennis.D.Pollard@faa.gov is his e-mail address. He has developed some rather neat check lists as he does final inspections.
