I mean, if you reproduced the booklet, then everyone would know as much as the FAA, and what use would they be to us then? They would have to come up with some new arcane rules to hold over our heads--ones that they would choose to keep secret, or ones that would be subject to all kinds of weird interpretations--ones that only they knew about, because they would stamp the new pamphlets, "Do Not Reproduce"....
