I asked Lancair, and Don Goetz faxed me the revised conditions under which Lancair could approve a 100lb increase in max. TAKE-OFF weight (only) - the max. landing weight remains 1685 lb. There is also a limit on g-force to +4/-2G under max T/O weight, the revised stall speeds need to be measured and noted in the POH, and the revised main gear over-center links have to be installed.
