Roger,
My "Pilot's Operating Handbook", Page II-9 lists the following for the
320/360:

Maximum Take-off Weight - 1685 lbs.
Maximum Landing Weight - 1685 lbs.

This would be the maximum gross weight that would go on the data plate.

However, I believe there has been a change in maximum take-off weight
(increased to 1785 lbs.) since the book was published.
