I have
no direct knowledge on how to fix your governor but have two
observations:
1) This is no excuse for not coming to the Sun
100!
2) Perhaps you have a large plug in the prop governor oil
line. Occasionally (extended duration with high oil pressure), the slug
slides a little letting more oil to the prop thus reducing RPM. You've
changed everything else.
Let us
know! This one will be interesting to here the
results.
