I have installed the optional flush fuel drains into my ES wings,
and my wings are the fast build versions, so the capstrips  are
already formed. The 3 bid reinforcement for the cored out area
for the fuel drain extends well into the inboard most capstrip
which is also the inboard edge of the fuel tank.
My question is, should I  remove the 3 bid to clear the capstrip
which would be all the way to the microradius or should I remove
a section of the capstrip and remake it to conform to the 3 bid?
I'm worried about potential leaks.  Any advice would be appreciated.
