Can anyone provide a source for (1) aerodynamic data on the airfoil
used on the 320/360, supposedly the NLF-0215-F, and (2) design data and
analysis of NACA air inlet scoops.     Charles Keller.

[Charles...

You might want visit the NASA website (http://www.nasa.gov) and use their
search engine on the terms "submerged-duct", "submerged-inlet", "NACA
flush", and whatever else you might think of with related terminology,
and I'm sure you'll find more documents than you'll know what to do
with about NACA ducts.

There is a new link on my Links page to an airfoil analysis program which
has recently come available, or you can get there directly by using the
following link: http://www.bawel.net/~airfanalysis/.  I would imagine
that the data on the L320 airfoil is probably included in the standard
data set which accompanies the software.  I hope this helps.
