Scott, the DHI brake lines are used only inside the cabin and from the gear
box down through the gear legs to the axle attachment. They are not used
from the axle to the brake cylinder. As for toughness, when we were
installing our first set past the pinion pin we accidently caught the DHI
brake line between the pinion pin and the gear leg. It is definitely not
fragile. I called DHI, and they said that if it is not cracked, it will be
fine. It is very tough stuff. As for needing more than 150deg C....where
are you flying????You'll have more to worry about than brake lines at that
temp.
