Yes,

There really is a "secret project" at the Lancair Kit works.  I've seen it, watched it being built, and believe it will be an all time best seller for the Lancair Kit company. Maybe it can be built in 1000 hours by a novice also?!?!?!

It will be at Sun-n-Fun, and is not the Sentry!  If you could have seen it  when I last saw it (March10th), you would swear it would not be able to make Sun-n-Fun, but all the good folks at Lancair tell me it is right on schedule.

Now..........you're gonna hate me.......I'm sworn to keep my mouth shut until Lancair unveils it.

Those of you who wanted to see my paint job which Don Barnes had "under wraps" know I can keep secrets (GRIN).

So...you'll just have to wait and see.  Trust me, you'll be surprised, because it is a departure from the traditional Lancair most of us are building or flying, while incorporating all that is good about Lance's aerodynamic themes.  Then, you’ll smile and say….”Yep, that thing will sell!”

A great idea whose time should have been long ago.  Now, don’t any of you builders get discouraged, it won’t compete with what you are building, and most of you wouldn’t have purchased it.    HHHMMMMM

Custom Planes' article on Lancair made reference to a new entry level model

that will be introduced at Sun 'n Fun? Does anyone have the scoop? Surely

they weren't making reference to the Sentry.
