Hi Guys,
The gas struts on our forward hinged
canopy are shot. Normally, this would not be a problem, just call Vern and
order some new ones. The problem is, Vern is out of stock and doesn't know when
he'll get any. I've been to Pep Boys and found a strut of the same physical
dimensions but seems to be way too strong for our purpose. I seem to remember
someone finding a replacement in normal automobile stock. Anybody remember what
the stock number was?
I sure would appreciate any suggestions.
