I am not a Lycoming wizard, but I have learned a few things while
reassembling my Cermicrome to Cerminil cylinders.  The valve rocker with the
hole in it must installed for the exhaust valve.  The hole provides
additional oil and thereby additional cooling for that valve/rocker
assembly.
