An experimental crumped into a school playground short of RWY27 there a few
years back.  The airport mgr is very sensitive to the noisy NIMBY neighbors
because he has to be.  After a C195 balled itself up one night, night t/o's
and landings were prohibited w/o prior permission.

I'd suggest that you contact Keith Taylor, who is the AOPA volunteer for
that field. He did a fantastic job rallying the troops to keep the field
