When you fill out your request for airworthiness is when you decide "who" built it and "what" it is. Curiously, my FAA guy called me back 3 times (no kidding!) trying to convince me that the Model was a "Larry Henney Lancair 360". No.. I clarified Manufacturer - Me; Model - Lancair 360.
