LIQUIDATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Engine Power Systems LLC of Aiken, SC has ceased operation and is
liquidating all of its assets including all engines, gearboxes, numerous
parts, tooling, dynamometer and the intellectual properties of the company.
The complete inventory is available on request at dpohl@adelphia.net.  The
closing date for sale of all assets is April 1, 2003.
