Once a cylinder is extended to whatever = length; the gear assembly is not going to retract as long as their is = hydraulic pressure in the system. I would agree with you. No preload at = all. I always wondered about that.  = Once a cylinder=20 is extended to whatever length; the gear assembly is not going to = retract as=20 long as their is hydraulic pressure in the system. I would agree with = you. =20 No preload at all.
