Just another tip I forgot to mention. The manual recommends a 1/4" rod to center the hinges. This is fairly flexible, and leaves too wide a margin in my opinion. If you don't install the bushings until after bonding, you can use 3/8" rod or 5/16" (if you account for the spacing). Use a threaded rod with nuts and washers top and bottom for each hinge, this guarentees (sp) a 90 degree angle (on the hinge line, not 90 degrees to the spar). You can then install the bushings with a C clamp. Check fit them before hand, since part A and part B may not fit.

BTW: the manual also shows bushings for the -3 bolts attaching the rudder cable to the T hinge. I don't have bushings for that, and the hole is sized for -3 already??? I think no bushing?
