The MT prop (hyd) only added 5.6 lbs to the total weight. I have a minimum interior (small cushions and only paint in other areas) which probably accounts for some of the extra noise level. I used peel ply everywhere to keep the excess epoxy at minimum during construction. Having an 'overbuilt' main spar (as Martha says) is a GOOD thing! Earl
