Johnson, MD" : Actually, I have had just the opposite problem--had lots of problems with keeping the Bendix mags in proper timing, and after one totally died after 320hrs, I switched to Unison Slick pressurized mags. They have been much better in terms of maintaining their timing. One mag (the one with the bleed air exit for the pressurization) had some minor internal corrosion after about 250hrs, but Unison was very responsive in getting the mag replaced.
