The 235 instructions state the flaps must be reflexed over 197 kts,
therefore our flaps can be down 7 degrees in 320 terms up to 197 kts. BTW
in my experience the plane flys slower in full reflex at typical GWs and
medium altitudes. I can get a few kts increase in speed by slightly
decreasing from full reflex.

Rusty,

See, 235's are different!  I think the speed difference you see is from intersection drag because the 235 wing fairing is set for out of reflex whilst the 320/360 is faired beautifully at full reflex and taking the 3230/360 flap out of reflex will slow that plane down.

PS What happens to pitch when you reduce the reflex position and gain speed?
