It is my understanding that it will produce enough pressure to pull the prop back (save the fact that the engine isn't completely blown....i.e. you just ran it out of fuel, etc.). I have a fixed pitch so I don't have to worry about such matters though :(.

If the prop is still wind-milling, will that retain oil pressure even though
the engine is not producing power?
