This system www.aircraftexhaust.net looks really interesting. I spoke to their rep at OSH this summer, and he said they hadn't done a 2-seat Lancair, but they had done a couple of 4-seaters. He said they had done a few RVs and Glasairs and he thought the cowl space would be similar to an LNC2.
