I've been thinking about adding an electric back-up AI but it seems that the IPAQ and AHRS/flight software package performs that back-up and much more for about the same price. IF that is true, how do you rate its reliability and capabilities of performing AI and turn-and-bank information if the panel-mounted instruments normally providing that input should fail? Thanks, Jack Cowell, IVP >>>I have one of these AnywhereMap WX systems that runs on a IPAQ with a GPS and satellite phone. If anyone would like any more info, feel free to ask. I have used the system on several occasions, have another system to compare it too (the FlyMe electronic flight bag), so don't hesitate to ask if you have questions.<<<
