Every rod end bearing ultimately held on by a bolt head or nut should be protected by a washer large enough to keep the assembly together should the bearing "fail" in any way. Period. No if, ands or buts. Period.

PS There can be a good deal of twisting stress on the 320/360 over center link. Make sure it is protected with an area washer.
