Lancair ES true flight numbers from a non bias professional test flight pilot.
I am in the process of duplicating a compiled posting of an upcoming Lancair ES's true flight numbers. Process is in the works for a F-16 fighter pilot and a test pilot for the Airforce to test my latest completed Lancair ES. He also has more than 1,000 hours in the Glassair II and has more than 50 hours in a Lancair ES and 4,000 hours in an F16. I'm hoping he will accept the position. Upon completion he has guaranteed a workbook that will provide true ES numbers. Such to include, spins at forward c/g and aft c/g as well as stalls, rate of climb, true VX and VY numbers as well. Weight and balance sheet and equipment list will also be included as well as photos. I am hoping to provide information on how this ES is configured in hopes to help you lay out your own ES project. This may help ES builders determine true ES numbers and how the aircraft should perform and react. It may also give you insight on what this experienced test pilot could do for you. Maybe this will lay to rest may have the current misconceptions. What I need to know is...is there an interest for reproducing this booklet? I haven't put numbers to it yet but say just something to cover the cost of copying and postage. Comments, suggestions or interested parties please advise chbaviation@aol.com.
