I hear what you say, but that's being too nice regarding this "issue".

I don't see an issue here, and I certainly don't see any sensitivity...to be
sensitive would be to stop and think before piping up to promote the negative
side of anything relating to the Lancair company.  

I have a significant investment in this company, and I think most of us do.  
Mine is as follows:

1.  Emotionally, I've had an excellent relationship with Lancair for ten
years...buying and building and flying their wonderful aircraft.  Top-notch
support all the way, and the greatest people you could ask for.  I want to do
what I can to foster this relationship and keep it going and growing. I want
the company to be there long into the future.

2.  Financially, my Lancair is an important asset, and I want to keep its'
value up.  I don't take kindly to sustained sniping at 'my' company....it
directly lowers the value of my investment.

So we shouldn't be nice about this.  This "issue" is not helping any of us in
any way.  It offends me to even be talking about it, but I would answer the
question by saying I hope Lance's nickname for me would be "old friend".
