Many 320/360 exhibit this tendency in cruise. Solo pilot is worth about 4 gals more fuel in the right wing than in the left when both are near full. It is not unusual to use the flap rigging to eliminate left turning tendency. The left/right moldings are not symmetric.

I meant the stiffening web on the outside of the aileron -- so water does not collect there either.

I lied. Minor "buzz" is not usually felt against the engine/prop vibrations. It sometimes can be seen in flight by watching the aileron tip movement with respect to the wing tip. Make sure to check the hinges for wear.

PS - I have no counterweight webs installed on mine. 400 hours, Teflon spagetti/SS welding rod hinge pins, both rigged to fly slightly high.
