Finally got the HS bonded in place this weekend. Definitely a case of
measure, check, measure many times, then bond once. Attached are some
pics and one of my newly minted panel.
One caution when attaching the HS, depending on where you locate the
drainhole in the lower skin, it's certainly possible to plug it up when
applying the 2bid to the inside bottom surface of the HS and HS sadle
area. You can't see to apply these bid, it's touch and feel only.
