Hi All,
the washer that Rick is talking about is the one I wrote about two years
ago.I had to repair all three of my cylinders when new, but it wasn't
the washer that was the problem, it was the NUT!.You need to polish them
flat so that they can properly seal.This is just a poor design ,the
piston needs an "O" ring in its bore where it fits on the shaft to
properly resolve this problem.
