Merry Christmas!!

Is anyone running a fixed pitch prop on a 320?  If you are......what effect
has it has on the climb performance or cruise performance in your opinion?
Does the cons with respect to performance outweigh the cost and maintenance
considerations of the constant speed option?  Does anyone know if you can
even use a fixed pitch prop on the 320?  And if you can, which one?
