It's said that no snow ever falls in Montana because the wind in winter blows so much and so hard that it all lands in the next two states to the East. Where do you think that wind starts from? Yep! Right here in Northern Idaho. So even setting the solar cell panel at the mentioned 45 degrees, the white stuff sticks to everything that ain't layed flat!
