This is a paper that was written by Mark Kirchner on stall strips
necessity, construction and AOA. Mark is a retired Boeing engineer who
built an early Lancair IV.
I have OCR the document. If anyone wants one and can't open word, I can
send it to them privately in a text format.
We also installed stall strips per Mark's description making them 8"
long. We did not have the advantage of doing a before and after study
as we did it during construction and before paint. We have no wing drop
and a distinct buffet.
