As recently pointed out on this list, cleco the top to the bottom and leave
it unbonded as long as you can. We've built and bonded in the main door
frames, baggage doors, installed the panel and all systems and windows with
the top off and it is the ONLY way to go. Of course the top has to be
rigidly affixed to the lower half while windows and doors go in, thus the
clecos.

Has anyone put the door and baggage door in the IVP without the top being
bonded to the fuselage lower half?  I know that I am to large to crawl out a
wheel well door and looks close on the baggage door!
