I still have my ADF antenna and right side rudder pedals and I could save 10
pounds if I got rid of them.  I could stand to lose about 30 pounds off my
body empty weight, but I don't know how I could knock a 100 pounds off the
plane.  I also have a full panel (so full that the moving map is strapped to
my leg).

Have you considered carrying helium filled balloons in the baggage area?
