Check the archives on this.  In the alternative take a sheet of glass, put a light smear of grease on it and pour some of the 'reagent' acetone over it.  Now do the same with methylene chloride.  'Nuff  said....

Methylene Chloride, or MeCl2, is not that bad.  Just have some ventilation in your work area--you should have good ventillation anyway, because the fiberglass particles you generate when sanding are much worse than than MeCl2.

Personally, I would not want to fly in a plane that Acetone was used to prepare bond sites.
