I would add the following to the above comment. Cover the polystyrene with
bondo and sand it smooth to shape. Grease it up and then add the glass bids
to cover. The inside surface of the part will then be smooth and the resin
will not adhere to the greasy bondo. The bondo is then cracked out after
removing the polystyrene.
