Leon Smith,

What is an Intake Air Box for the ES?  Is it simply a tunnel or air scoop which brings the air to the intake?

It that is what it is, I suggest taking white solid blocks of polystyrene and trim them to make a master mold.  Then lay up glass on them.  Finally, dissolve out the foam with acetone, leaving your hollow tunnel of appropriate configuration.

We used this process to cover a pushrod in the rear of my LIV.  It worked very well.
