Mike,
I take the fuel pressure from the same spot, a tee off the engine fuel pump,
and it is monitored with an EPI 800. I do not have fluctuations indicated
except when the pump is cavitating or heat is vaporizing the fuel in the
pump. However, I have a flow reducer inserted in the tee. If I remember, it
is a piece of solid brass rod drilled to .032, perhaps a bit smaller (no pun
intended), the rod was threaded and the tee tapped. I have heard that a
round head rivet of the proper shank size could be drilled and used.
