Ray,
I forgot to include measurements. The three longitudinal green lines on each side of the rudder leading edge represent the location of the vert trailing edge at full right, neutral and full left deflection. As you can see from the pictures, the only cutouts that are visible when the rudder is in it's neutral position are for the top hinge and the pushrod at the bottom. All others are hidden in that position. With full left rudder the maximum visible size of each hinge cutout is 1/2 inches wide X 2 inches long. This size allows one "click" on a ratchet type box wrench and just enough room to get the bolts in with the hinge-mate tool (Vern has them). Rudder deflection is about 31 to 33 degrees each side of neutral. You can either go ahead and install the rudder turnbuckle and push rod to find the "stops" or call Mark at the factory. He will send you a blueprint that he has done that can be held up against the vert stab to measure proper rudder deflection.

Also it might help to know that if you put your hinge cutouts on the right side of the rudder, you can use the lower hinge hole to help you  insert the pushrod control horn bolt below it. You can even get a ratchet socket on the control horn bolt head by slipping it through the lower hinge cutout. Makes tightening the bolt a lot easier. The pushrod cutout has the same dimensions as the hinge cutouts but is not centered on the control horn bracket. It is shifted down to allow for the odd angle of the wrench that is necessary when tightening the nut on the control horn bolt.
