Factory confirmed it for me after my first flight a year ago. DO NOT touch the prop pitch stop or the governor adjustment or you are in for a merry-go-round of tail chasing likely resulting in an engine overspeed on your first flight. With your prop where it is, just make sure you get a normal prop cycle with the blue lever on runup to confirm governor operation. In my case, the prop would not cycle more than a very slight rpm and we failed to recognize the significance of this - which was that the governor was set way too high. If you pull the governor control attachment arm to attach the control cable clevis, make darn sure to mark the orientation on the shaft. These were painfull lessons for me on the first flight and there's no need for you to repeat them. I think you'll find the complete write-up in the archives. ...
