There are several things that can keep the gear from properly closing but having one of the screws in the sequence values fall out will result in you flying with bottom fins. The inboard doors hanging down in a 190 knot or so air stream will result in failure of the hinge. Assuming there was not a weakness built into the hinge during fabrication or early, extensive flying with those doors open, with only 125hrs TT the doors have to be open and you have got to be going fairly fast for the hinge to fatigue as you have described. If, with the correct pressure in the tires, the doors are closing properly I would fabricate a new hinge and keep an eye on it's wear.
