I made the mistake of comparing them when they were lined up on the supplier's countertop and bought the smallest OD which became a larger OD than my original tires when inflated. Michelin makes a tube that is synthetic rubber, that they advertise loses less air over time than competitive tubes, I have not tried it yet but I plan to next tire replacement.
