I have my fast build TSIO 550 hung on the airframe and will be installing the
throttle and mixture controls soon.  I think that I messed up by not
installing the throttle and mixture arms before we hung the engine on the
airframe.  The mixture arm is going to be difficult to get to.  My real
questions are:

1.  The engine came with two different length arms. One is shorter than the
other.  The shorter one is part number 646664C and the longer one is 646224C.
Which one goes on the throttle and which one is for the mixture control.

2.  How do you get the throttle cable thru the clamp on the engine and
tighten it.  Do you have to remove the induction tubes and half the upper
engine stuff?  It sure looks like it to me.
